I went with the CZP pre-wired 1999 Xenons which also include a harness made by wiring specialties. Its a professional looking setup, easy installation and looks great. No risk of damaging/burning out the ballast or any fuses. No way I am cutting and hacking up either the wiring on the Xenons nor my car's harness when I can lay down a few hundred more for a professional job. After all, if you are already reaching to pay $1500, then you can't afford them. And if you are not, what is just a little more so the job is well done and you don't look like an idiot?
